PHARMACIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Professional medication dispensing, consultation and counseling
• Manage and record poison and stock inventory
• Maintain good teamwork and communication with branch manager, nutritionist and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation
• Assist in basic management and team building
• Conduct training and performance assessment of the team
• Train, supervise and monitor sales performance and service
• Keep in touch with all HQ departments as well as other branches

REQUIREMENTS:
• Full time position only
• Must possess at leastBachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology.
• Registered with Malaysia Pharmacy Board
• Sufficient understanding towards pharmacy’s law and regulations
• Continuous learning and keeping up with latest medical knowledge
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese and local dialects will be an added bonus

NUTRITIONIST / DIETICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Professional in nutritional counseling and enhancement
• Introduce and advice patients in nutritional supplementation and suitable dietary intake to improve health conditions
• Maintain good teamwork and communication with pharmacist, branch manager, and pharmacy assistant to ensure smooth and effective daily retail operation
• Conduct training for professional nutritional development

REQUIREMENTS:
• Full time posisiton
• Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Food Technology / Dietitics / Food Science or equivalent
• Proficiency in English, Malay, Chinese and local dialects will be an added bonus

PHARMACY ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
• Respond to face to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups
• Help in maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels
• Order items for use within and outside department
• Receive, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
• Sell over the counter medicines
• Answer queries on the availability and supply of medicines

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Medical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy, radiographer or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided but any experience in pharmacy will be of extra advantage.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese. If proficient in local dialects would be an advantage.

MEDICAL DOCTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for medical services: Triage, Basic Primary Health Care, basic trauma care and medical referrals
• Provide medical consultation to patients
• Provide medical care by interviewing, examining and treating
• Able to perform minor surgical procedures
• Provide general pre- and post- operation care.
• Safeguards the rational prescription of drugs, diagnostics, laboratory tests and further medical follow up.
• Provide vaccinations and counselling on preventive care.
• Actively monitors any reportable diseases seen during medical consultations.
• Flexibility in taking up any other medical task when appropriate:
e.g. exploratory visits/medical needs assessment and training activities.
• Conduct various health screening services and promote health education
• Maintain confidential medical records of patients.
• Being able to define cases for specialist referral if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Possess at least MBBS or equivalent from Recognized Institution
• Completed compulsory government services
• Registered with Malaysian Medical Council and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
• Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivates & positive attitudes
• Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Mandarin and other local Chinese dialects will be an added advantage

CLINIC ASSISTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner
• In- charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
• Respond to phone calls and attend patient’s enquiries
• Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic
• Delivers direct patient care; assesses patients physical, psychosocial and/ or emotional needs; provides patients and family teaching; triages patients and inform physician of patients status
• Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.
• Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e. stock checks, panels key-in
• Manage simple account and billing matters
• Any others responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum SPM, Diploma in Nursing is preferable
• Fresh grad (any Medical Related Field) OR with working experience
• Attentive with good work ethics
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to communicate fluently

DENTIST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in educating patients on oral healthcare.
• Responsible for the professional and comprehensive treatment of dental patients regardless of age, for the scope of general dentistry
• Examining teeth and diagnosing patients' dental conditions by using tools such as x-rays.
• Assessing treatment options and agreeing treatment plans with patients.
• Competent to do basic dental treatments: extraction, tooth restoration, root canal treatment, simple minor oral surgery,prosthodontics, teeth whitening and dental prophylaxis
• Carrying out agreed clinical treatments such as restoring teeth affected by decay and treating gum disease.
• Administer local anesthesia and/or pre-medication, to execute oral surgery and write prescriptions for antibiotics and other medications
• Responsible to perform dental charting for every patient and record it into clinical system.
• Maintains confidential information
• Being able to use radiograph machine and interpretation of the images.
• Managing preventive dental treatments: fissure sealant, fluoride application.
• Assisting Company in recruiting, training and managing staff for the clinic in charge.
• Responsible in managing budgets and maintaining stocks of equipment.
• Assist company to perform marketing and promotion activities to potential clients.
• Being able to define cases for specialist referral if necessary.
• Being able to perform basic dental emergencies treatment and know how to seek further complicated cases.

REQUIREMENTS:

ACCOUNTANT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Manage and monitoring billing & collection.
• Data input into computerized accounting system.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of full set of accounts.
• Maintain proper filing for all records and other accounting related duties as required.
• Handle some ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate and field.
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

ADMIN / HR
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform full spectrum of pharmacy admin functions and HR related works.
• In charge of pharmacy system – register items, register price and etc.
• Handling documentations and proper filing works.
• Fulfill any assignments come from HR or Admin
